The Floral Director leads the daily operations and team of a high-volumefloral retail concept in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the Charleston S.C market. This role blends floral expertise, operational discipline, andpeople leadership to deliver elevated, meaningful customer experiences whiledriving strong operational and financial performance.

CoreResponsibilities

· Leaddaily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and operationalcompliance

·Oversee floral design standards, merchandising, and product freshness

· Manageinventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with a focus on quality, margin,and waste control

·Recruit, train, and coach floral designers and associates

· Ensurea seamless, elevated customer experience in a time-sensitive retail setting

·Monitor sales performance, labor, and operating costs

·Execute seasonal programs, promotions, and special activations
