Core Responsibilities

· Lead daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and operational compliance

· Oversee floral design standards, merchandising, and product freshness

· Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with a focus on quality, margin, and waste control

· Recruit, train, and coach floral designers and associates

· Ensure a seamless, elevated customer experience in a time-sensitive retail setting

· Monitor sales performance, labor, and operating costs

· Execute seasonal programs, promotions, and special activations

What You Bring

· 5+ years of experience in floral management, specialty retail, or hospitality leadership

· Strong floral design knowledge and merchandising expertise
