CoreResponsibilities

· Leaddaily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and operationalcompliance

· Overseefloral design standards, merchandising, and product freshness

· Manageinventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with a focus on quality, margin,and waste control

· Recruit,train, and coach floral designers and associates

· Ensureseamless, elevated customer experience in a time-sensitive retail setting

· Monitorsales performance, labor, and operating costs

· Executeseasonal programs, promotions, and special activations

· 5+yearsof experience in floral management, specialty retail, or hospitality leadership

· Strongfloral design knowledge and merchandising expertise
