CoreResponsibilities

· Leaddaily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and operationalcompliance

·Overseefloral design standards, merchandising, and product freshness

· Manageinventory, ordering, and vendor coordination with a focus on quality, margin,and waste control

·Recruit,train, and coach floral designers and associates

· Ensureseamless, elevated customer experience in a time-sensitive retail setting

·Monitorsales performance, labor, and operating costs

·Executeseasonal programs, promotions, and special activations
